All products sold on our website are digital products (downloadable or accessible online). No physical item will be shipped.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been:
Downloaded
Accessed
Delivered via email or account access
Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:
You changed your mind
You no longer need the product
You downloaded or accessed the product successfully
You purchased the product by mistake
When a Refund May Be Granted
A refund may be issued only in the following situations:
The digital product was not delivered
The download link is not working and we fail to fix the issue
You received a wrong or corrupted file
